Apollo 13 Beta Cloth Patch Flown to the Moon with Fred Haise
This Beta cloth crew emblem was carried around the Moon on Apollo 13 in April 1970. It is identical to, and from the same production run as the patches worn by the Apollo 13 crew during the mission.
Donated by Apollo 13 Lunar Module Pilot Fred Haise, this flown patch was kept in his personal collection. Haise has inscribed and signed the patch as:Flown to the moon on Apollo 13, Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP
Presented matted and framed, this patch is accompanied by a letter of provenance certified by Fred Haise. A larger scan of the beta cloth and its letter is available by request.
